This application is only for students who are NOT current high school seniors and NOT currently enrolled. UT Promise is a last-dollar, undergraduate scholarship that will guarantee free tuition and mandatory fees to qualifying Tennessee residents enrolling at a University of Tennessee campus in Knoxville, Chattanooga, Martin, Memphis or Pulaski. To be eligible for UT Promise, you must have a family household income under $60,000 and qualify for the TN HOPE scholarship. As a last-dollar scholarship, UT Promise will be applied after other financial aid is received (such as Pell grants, HOPE scholarship, or other institutional scholarships).
